		<description>While I&#039;ve never heard of this being done.  Doesn&#039;t surprise me in the lease bit.  The WRT54G is a tiny computer (must like most electronics) with wifi, eth, and serial ports (the last being less accessible).  Personally, I&#039;m surprised that 54G&#039;s haven&#039;t been hacked into more devices.

Just recently I installed OpenWRT onto of these and turned it into a hardware OpenVPN gateway to send off to a remote site.  It was a piece of cake, took all of an hour to learn the system and set it up.  Of course it helps that I&#039;m a Debian junkie and OpenWRT seems to be debian-eque.</description>
